365-project
Tried it already once but going to do it again; my very own 365-project! Take a picture each year day with a specific meaning to it and preferably yourself in it as well. To not clutter this site, I am posting all my 365-entries at www.arvidbux.com so head on over there to see all the pictures!

Free Photography course
Last year when I bought a DSLR, I noticed that I was still too novice to just start taking pictures. Even though I was already taking pictures for years, I needed some hands-on advice on how to use a DSLR. After reading some websites I stumbled upon the website of CreativeLIVE. These guys offer a range of courses allowing you to become acquainted with photography, photoshop and many other things.
Did I already mention that the courses are free? No? The courses are FREE! Just sign-up and each week you can attend a few courses. Last year I attended the “Fundamentals of Digital Photography!”-course while traveling and I learned a lot of stuff which helped me evolve my photography skills. To show them my gratitude I purchase the entire course so I can watch it offline as well. It was a small fee for a great course, held by great guys.

Running from camera
Een grappig idee met een super uitwerking. Zet je camera neer, stel de timer in op 2 seconden en ren zo snel mogelijk weg van je camera en kijk wat voor foto het het is geworden. Ik ga dit zeker ook wel een paar keer proberen, ik denk alleen dat de mensen me raar zullen aankijken. 1 gouden tip; doe dit niet waar je camera makkelijk gestolen kan worden!

wandelen door de sneeuw
Aangezien het niet altijd sneeuwt in Nederland moet je het er soms echt van nemen. Vandaag ben ik dan ook ruim 3u aan het wandelen geweest in en rond Sittard.
